Brian Meenaghan, founder and principal of Meenaghan Law, PLLC, has litigated in Pacific Northwest state and federal courts for over 25 years, providing volunteer legal services through the King County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service, the Housing Justice Project, and the KCBA Neighborhood Legal Clinic programs. Admitted to practice in Washington and Oregon, he received the King County Bar Association Access to Justice Award and is a regular annual member of the Washington State Bar Association Supreme Court Honor Roll for pro bono legal service.
Meenaghan Law provides pro bono litigation services to Washington and Oregon residents who seek justice and equity through civil litigation but who cannot financially afford to retain and pay for an attorney. Meenaghan Law focuses on litigation in the areas of financial fraud, real estate fraud, collection misconduct, unfair or deceptive trade practices, debtor-creditor relationships, landlord-tenant relationships, and clemency petitions. Meenaghan Law does not practice law in the areas of family law, custody disputes, or criminal law (other than clemency petitions).
